I’ve been following Matthew Alfredo Durel Sr.’s case and wanted to share something that’s been on my mind. It's been over a year since his passing, and the lack of new suspects or updates has got me really concerned. I know the authorities are doing what they can, but it feels like things are moving so slowly. I can't imagine how his family is coping with this prolonged uncertainty. It's so admirable how Matthew is remembered, not just as a hero to his family, but also as someone who brought joy to his community through his music in church. I just hope there's some progress soon, any kind of breakthrough, to bring peace for his family and to hold whoever did this accountable. It must be incredibly frustrating not knowing who took such a wonderful person away from his loved ones. Sending strength to Cassandra, their children, and everyone missing him.
