Teresa's story, unfortunately, is part of a broader conversation about how we as a society tend to overlook the signs in individuals like Chase. It's frustrating that someone so clearly disturbed wasn't given the help he needed before his behavior escalated. My heart goes out to Teresa's family and friends.
