I came across some old interviews with Judith Barsi, and it's just so surreal to see her beaming with so much talent and joy in those clips. It's truly devastating to think about what she was going through at the time. I can't help but wonder about the adults around her in Hollywood—did anyone notice the signs of distress she might have shown on set or during auditions? Were there any co-stars or crew members who suspected something was off and tried to help? The entertainment industry can often mask the pain its young stars are going through, and Judith's story is a haunting reminder of that. My thoughts go out to those who knew and loved Judith and Maria. It must be incredibly difficult to have seen someone so bright go through such darkness.
