Did anyone else notice the complete lack of media coverage about Lydia Perez's case from back in '91? I mean, when someone loses their life in such a violent way, you'd expect there to be some public record or news stories, but in Lydia's case, it's like she vanished without a trace. It's incredibly frustrating not to have more information about what happened to her.
It just makes me wonder if there were any efforts to solve this case or if it got lost in the shuffle somehow. I can't help but feel for her family—having to live with unanswered questions for all these years must be incredibly difficult. If any local newspapers from that time covered this, it could potentially shed light on the situation. Does anyone here know if archived newspapers might be accessible in libraries or if anyone has tried looking into this? Let's not let her story remain untold.
Has anyone else looked into the cases of Lydia Perez, Albert Perez, and Eileen Perez from March 1991 in California? It's both disturbing and puzzling how three people with the same last name were killed by gun violence on the same day, but there seems to be no public information connecting them. It’s been so long, and yet there’s hardly anything to go on, especially for Lydia Perez. The lack of available data is frustrating, especially considering how many records have moved online.
Lydia was only 37 when she passed, leaving behind a life with stories and connections we may never fully know. It's heartbreaking for her family and friends who have gone so long without real answers. I can’t help but wonder if there’s someone out there who remembers these cases or if there were any anomalies reported that might give a clue. How can there be so little information on these tragic events? Has anyone tried obtaining old newspaper clippings or reaching out to local archives? Maybe there’s someone who can shed light on what couldn’t be archived online.
Hey everyone, I’ve been digging a bit into the tragic day of March 14, 1991, when Lydia Perez lost her life. What caught my attention while reading through old threads is how little we know about the potential link between Lydia and the other victims, Albert Z. Perez and Eileen M. Perez. The coincidence of them sharing the same last name and dying on the same day in California has me wondering if there’s more to this story.
Lydia was only 37, a time in life when many people are reaching their stride. It’s incredibly sad that her story—along with Albert's and Eileen's—seems to have vanished without much trace. Does anyone here have any insights or theories on whether they might have been related or involved in the same incident? I can’t shake the feeling that there could be a connection we’re missing or that’s just not been explored enough.
Sending thoughts to their loved ones who are still seeking answers after all this time. It must be so difficult to move forward when there's so little closure.
