Did anyone else read about the incident on Chalgrove Avenue that happened back in November 2016? I’ve been diving into the unsolved cases in Baltimore, and Larry Lee Hall’s story caught my attention. It's incredibly distressing to think about the lack of progress in cases like these. How can a young man’s life be tragically cut short, and yet, all these years later, there's still no resolution or justice for Larry's family? It seems like there was so little evidence at the time, and with the increase in homicides that year, it's not surprising that the investigation faced challenges. But I can't help but wonder if there's more that could be done. Are there any community initiatives or new strategies from law enforcement that focus on cases like Larry’s? It just feels so disheartening for his loved ones and the community to have no answers year after year. If anyone has any updates or insight, I'm really interested to learn more.
