Does anyone remember the witness intimidation issues in the Kenneth Corzell Bailey case? It's absolutely tragic how fear of retaliation can silence people who might have crucial information. It’s frustrating to think that there might be folks out there who saw or heard something but are too scared to step forward. I really feel for his family and how helpless they must feel trying to find justice for Kenneth knowing these potential witnesses are too afraid to talk. I do hope that with time, someone finds the courage to come forward. Maybe initiatives for protecting witnesses could help in the future. His loved ones deserve answers and some sense of peace.
