Has anyone else looked into the area where Esteban was found? I read that East Hollywood back then was a mix of lively culture but also had its darker sides with crime and gang activity. It's so frustrating to think that someone might have just blended back into the neighborhood after committing such a horrible act, and the lack of witnesses makes it even harder for his family to find peace. I hope the renewed interest in cold cases and advances in forensics can bring some answers to Esteban's loved ones and the community. It's just so disheartening to see another promising life cut short and a family left with so many unanswered questions.
