I was just reading about Patricia Papagni's case, and it got me thinking about how unpredictable the ocean can be, especially around the California coast. I remember reading about rip currents and how even experienced swimmers can get caught off guard. Could this be why there were no traces of the wreckage or her remains? The Pacific is such a vast and unforgiving place, with strong currents that could easily shift debris miles away from the crash site. It's frustrating that with all our technology and search capabilities, things can still just vanish like that. Anyone else have thoughts on how ocean conditions might have impacted the recovery efforts?
