Does anyone else find it baffling how Thomas Chan’s case just went cold like that? I was reading through some old articles and noticed the lack of witnesses reported. It’s strange how an area like Manhattan Beach, where there’s usually people around at all hours, had no one who saw or heard anything that night. It's heartbreaking for Thomas’s family that they’re still waiting for justice. I wonder if the time of year played a role. December can be a quieter time, with people focused on the holidays and maybe not as alert as usual. Still, you’d think someone would have come forward by now. I hope that new eyes on old evidence might someday bring answers to those who loved him. Anyone else have thoughts on this angle?
Hey everyone,

I've been following the Thomas Chan case for a while, and something that's always stuck with me is the impact his death had on his local community in Manhattan Beach. I've read multiple accounts from residents who knew Thomas personally, and it's clear that he left a lasting impression on those around him. There were community meetings after his death, driven by an urgent demand for improved security, but from what I gathered, there was also this deep, shared grief. People really came together to support Chan’s family and each other during those tough times.

It's incredibly unfair that someone so respected in his community could have his life cut short in such a horrific way, and we're all still left with so many questions. Does anyone know if there have been any recent efforts by community groups to keep Thomas's memory alive or push for better safety measures? It would be great to hear what others have to say.
My heart genuinely goes out to his family and everyone who knew Thomas. They deserve answers and closure.
Hey everyone,
I've been going through all the threads about Thomas Chan's case, and one thing that's been on my mind is the impact this tragedy had on the local community. It's really sad to see how much fear and anxiety it created in Manhattan Beach, a place that so many of us considered safe and peaceful.
I can't help but think about how this incident might have changed daily life for people in the area. Did folks start avoiding certain streets at night or change their routines out of caution? It's a chilling reminder of how quickly safety can feel like it's been taken from you.
If anyone from the community is reading this, I'd love to hear your perspective on how things have changed since that night. I hope we can all continue to support one another and keep pushing for justice for Mr. Chan.
Sending all my strength to Thomas's friends and family. ?
