Hey everyone, I'm new here and just came across the case of Oscar Tatenco. I've been following some of the unsolved cases in the LA area, and his story really struck me. It's been two decades, and there's still no closure for his family. I can't imagine what they're going through. I was particularly wondering about the location – the area around the LA River. Given its history with crime, I’m curious if anyone knows whether there have been community efforts in that area to address safety concerns since Oscar's death? Sometimes these tragedies can spark changes, so I hope something positive has come from it, at least in terms of community engagement or preventative measures. It’s so important to keep Oscar's story alive and ensure his family knows there are people who still care and demand justice. If anyone has updates or thoughts on how the community has evolved since 2003, I’d love to hear them. Let’s keep supporting each other and hope for progress in solving these cases.
