Just came across Steven Joseph Andre’s case, and something about the SSI application caught my attention. It seems odd that he didn’t leave a return address when applying for benefits, especially since he was clearly in need of them. Could it be possible that Steven was planning to travel or relocate after applying? Or maybe he felt unsettled or unsafe about providing an address for some reason? This part of the story makes me wonder if there was something more going on in his life leading up to his disappearance. Also, has anyone looked into whether Steven had ties or connections to Texas outside of his tattoo? Interested to hear what other folks think about this angle.

It sounds like two of them might hold personal significance - particularly the dog and the name "Joshua." Could the dog tattoo be a beloved pet? And who is "Joshua"? A friend, a relative, or maybe even a son? Tattoos can tell a lot about a person’s story and priorities. Maybe someone who knows the background of these tattoos could shed light on who he was associating with before his disappearance. And that Oakland Raiders tattoo - I wonder if it could lead us to someone from the community or fan group he was connected with. Thoughts?
