I recently came across the case of Gerardo Rodriguez's tragic death on the 110 Freeway, and it got me thinking about pedestrian safety on major roads. It's unimaginable what his family must be going through right now. I was shocked to hear that there were no measures in place to prevent such accidents from happening.
