I've been following Dashon "Moe Man" Houston's case, and something that's been weighing on my mind is the location where he was found. The 3800 block of The Alameda isn't exactly a secluded area. It's a spot that's often bustling with people, even late in the evening. It's puzzling how something like this could happen in a relatively busy area, and yet there seems to be little information about potential witnesses or surveillance footage.
It's terrifying to think that someone could be targeted in such a public place, and there still be so few leads. I can't imagine the pain and frustration his family must be feeling, especially since Moe Man was cherished by so many. If anyone has any connections to the area or knows if businesses around there have security cameras, maybe that's a route we could explore to help bring awareness and possibly some answers. Keeping Moe Man's family in my thoughts and hoping for justice.
Has anyone else been following the case of Dashon Houston, also known as "Moe Man"? I've been thinking about the timeline and wondering if there’s a possibility that someone noticed him leaving his mom’s place that night. It’s such a tight window between when he left dinner and when he was found on The Alameda, and given how loved he was, it doesn't make sense that this could be random. It’s tragic to see someone described as "a big old teddy bear" taken away so violently, and I can’t imagine what his family must be going through with so few answers. Does anyone know if any surveillance footage was ever checked around the area? It seems like in a densely populated city like Baltimore, there would be at least some cams that might have caught something or someone. Every little lead could potentially help bring some peace and justice in his case.
Hello everyone,
I've been following the discussion on Dashon "Moe Man" Houston's case, and something that stands out to me is how Dashon's family mentioned he had "no known enemies." In a city like Baltimore, where violence is unfortunately all too common, it makes me wonder how someone as gentle and well-loved as Dashon could become a target.
This case feels particularly perplexing because it defies the typical narratives we often see in urban crime. Usually, there's some indication or rumor about disputes or conflicts, but Dashon's life seemed to be absent of such turmoil. Given the tragically high rates of violence in Baltimore that year, is it possible that this was simply a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time? Or could there be something more here that we’re not seeing?
I can't imagine the pain his family is going through without any clear answers or justice. It's a constant reminder of how much work needs to be done to address the violence in our communities. My heart goes out to them, and I hope they find peace and the truth about what happened that night.
Any thoughts or theories?
