It's so distressing to read about cases like Gabriel Jose Herrera Sr.'s. I feel for his family, who have been waiting for answers for so many years. I can't help but wonder if there's more the community can do to break these barriers. It just seems essential to find ways to make people feel safer about speaking up. Herrera's family and friends deserve closure, and I hope more people will find the courage to share what they know.
