I've been following the case of the missing plane, and something odd has been bugging me. I read that the last radio contact from the PA-28 was just 10 miles from the Canadian border. Isn't it strange that the plane would go missing so close to the border without any further communication? I know weather conditions in that region can be unpredictable, but still, you’d think there might have been something—a distress signal or an emergency call. Does anyone here have experience with radio signal issues in that area, or could there have been something else interfering with communication? Just trying to piece together what could’ve gone wrong. Thoughts?
