I've been following Daniel Alejandre's case for a while, and something that's been on my mind is the gunman's escape. Witness reports say he fled on foot after the shooting. Given how densely populated Wilmington is, it's surprising that there weren't more witnesses able to give a detailed description or any surveillance footage capturing his escape. It makes me think maybe the gunman knew the area well and had a clear plan to disappear quickly. It’s chilling to think someone could commit such a horrific act and then just vanish. My heart goes out to Daniel's family and friends who are still waiting for answers. Anyone with information, no matter how small it seems, could really make a difference in this case. It's crucial to come forward. Seeing justice served can be a powerful step toward healing for everyone impacted by this tragedy.
