I've been thinking a lot about the impact that Socorro's death must have had on his kids, Aliyah and Robert. Losing a parent at such a young age is something no child should have to face. I've read how much Socorro loved spending time with his family, and it's clear that his children meant the world to him. I hope they have a strong support system around them to help fill the void and carry on his memory. It must be so difficult for them now, especially when they start to form memories without him.
