Has anyone looked into the local shop owners or regulars in the 8th Street and Carl Miller Boulevard area? With Roberta's routine visits there, maybe someone saw something or knows something they didn't realize was important at the time. I wonder if any of the shop owners have security cameras that might have caught something back then. It's been so long since she vanished, but maybe someone in the area remembers spotting her or noticed anything unusual around that time. It might be worth revisiting those places and chatting with anyone who’s been there for years, just in case something triggers a memory. Keeping fingers crossed that some clue could still surface after all these years.
