I came across Francisco Diaz Jr.'s case recently, and it just struck a chord with me. I didn't know him, but reading about how his family has been pushing for justice is truly inspiring. It's such a challenging situation when the community is hesitant to come forward with information. It makes me think about the fear and mistrust that might be preventing people from speaking up. The police and his family are clearly trying their best, but it seems like they’re hitting a wall without that crucial community support. For anyone local to Wilmington, what’s the sentiment like over there? Is there any grassroots movement to try and get people to come together and cooperate with law enforcement? I really hope his family finds the closure they're seeking, and that those responsible are eventually brought to justice. My thoughts are with them during what's undoubtedly been a long and painful journey.
