Hi everyone, I recently came across the case of Wilburn Shaver from Round Mountain, CA, who was killed in a gun violence incident back in 2014. What really struck me about this story is how little information there seems to be about any suspects or arrests. The community and Shaver’s loved ones must feel such a burden not knowing who was responsible or why this happened. It's concerning that some cases don’t get the media coverage they need to keep public attention on them. I wonder if there are any local efforts to raise awareness or perhaps even amateur sleuth groups working on this behind the scenes? It must be incredibly difficult for his family and friends to go on without closure or justice. If anyone has heard anything new about this case or knows of any grassroots efforts to keep it in the public eye, it would be great to share that info. Regardless, my thoughts are with everyone affected as they persist in searching for answers.
