Did anyone else catch the bit about how Larry Knight III was employed by Community Services Employment Training (CSET)? It's beyond tragic that someone dedicated to helping others in the community was taken away in such a senseless act of violence. I can’t help but think about the ripple effect his death had not only on his family but also on the countless individuals he likely helped during his time there. How heartbreaking for those who worked alongside him, knowing he dedicated his efforts to lifting others up. It highlights how indiscriminate and far-reaching the impact of gang violence can be; it robs communities of people who genuinely want to make a difference. Anyone have insights on how CSET or similar organizations handle the aftermath of losing a valued team member in such a violent manner?
