I was recently reading about the tragic case of Jose Reyes Suazo, and something struck me that hasn't been talked about much. It seems like Jose was found in completely different location than where the incident occurred. Does anyone have insight into why he was moved or how he ended up at that residence in Upland? It breaks my heart to think of the pain his loved ones must feel not having all the answers they deserve. The Pomona community seems to have really rallied around this case, but details like this leave me puzzled. Could this be a key piece in understanding what actually happened that day? I sincerely hope the police are looking into every possibility to bring justice for Jose and peace to his family.
I was thinking about the area where Jose was last seen and how busy that part of Pomona is, especially in the afternoon. It puzzles me that there aren't more visual accounts or video footage of the incident. With so many businesses, shops, and traffic around the 800 block of West Holt Avenue, you’d think there would be some kind of camera or dashcam footage that could give us more info about what happened and the gray vehicle that was reportedly seen fleeing.
I can't imagine how frustrating and painful this lack of leads must be for his family and friends. It’s encouraging that the Pomona PD is still actively pursuing tips, but it makes you wonder about the resources available to solve these cases. My heart goes out to everyone affected; I hope someone who might’ve seen something finally comes forward.
