I recently came across the case of Abraham Trejo, and it seems incredibly frustrating for those who knew him that there haven’t been more developments. I can’t imagine the pain his family feels, living with unanswered questions. One thing I haven't seen discussed much in forums is the community's role in coming forward with information. Was there ever any discussion of witness protection or support for those who might fear backlash if they speak up? I feel like, in many cases, this fear stops valuable information from surfacing. Maybe increased community engagement or outreach might encourage someone who knows something to take that first step. Has anyone from Lancaster observed any efforts along those lines, or perhaps thought of ways the community could better support Abraham's family and the investigation?
