I can’t stop thinking about how tough this must be for the families of Harley and Angel. It’s like, not only do they have to deal with losing their loved ones in such a violent way, but now there's all this uncertainty with the trial too. I read that Shavonne received immunity in exchange for her testimony, but I can't help but wonder how the families felt about that decision. It must be so hard to sit in court and hear all these accusations flying around while just trying to get answers and closure. The whole situation is just so confusing and messy. I truly hope that they find some peace and that justice is served in the end. Anyone else following this case feel the same way?

I've been thinking a lot about the implications of witness immunity in these kinds of cases, and it really makes me uneasy. In Harley and Angel's case, having Shavonne testify under immunity raises so many questions. I know prosecutors sometimes do this to build a stronger case, but it seems like it could also lead to potential injustices. How do we ensure we're not just sweeping critical details under the rug in exchange for testimony? It's unimaginable what Harley and Angel's families are going through. The possibility of a mistrial must be so frustrating for them. I hope the retrial brings them some clarity and peace, but this aspect of the legal system consistently baffles me. Anyone else have thoughts on how immunity is applied? It seems both necessary and problematic.
