Has anyone come across any information on the volunteer groups who've been looking into Carrisa Howard's case? I read somewhere that they sometimes collaborate to comb through old evidence or interview people. It’s been almost two decades, and I just feel like grassroots efforts could really make a difference, given the lack of media coverage. If you know of any group actively working on her case or similar ones, please share. With so many unsolved cases, it can be a challenge to get enough attention on one, but every bit helps. Would love to know if someone is pushing for her case to be reopened or for more resources to be allocated to it.

Hey everyone, I wanted to bring up something about Carrisa Howard's case that hasn’t been discussed much. From what I've gathered, it's been almost two decades with little to no media coverage. I'm particularly interested in knowing if any local advocacy groups in Dallas have taken the case under their wing? It seems that cases like Carrisa’s could benefit greatly from local efforts. Even smaller towns sometimes have influential community networks that can bring attention to cold cases like hers. Unfortunately, without media coverage, these local efforts might be our best bet. If anyone has information about any groups working on this—especially if you're from the area—please share. Let’s keep the conversation going for Carrisa and her loved ones.

I’ve been looking into Carissa Howard’s case recently, and something that really strikes me is how little information is available. It’s odd to me that more details haven’t come out over the years, given how many people go missing under unclear circumstances. I feel like cases like hers often get overshadowed when not enough news coverage or public spotlight follows them. It makes me wonder how many potential clues or witnesses have never come forward simply because they never heard about her case. Has anyone else noticed similar patterns in other unsolved missing persons cases? What more can be done to keep these cases active and prevent them from going cold? If you're aware of any grassroots efforts or know how to boost awareness for cases that haven’t seen the light of day in years, please share!
