It's been tough piecing together details about Carstromers "Dinky" Van Williams Jr.'s last known movements. What intrigues me is the mention of the homeless shelter. I've often wondered why more outreach isn’t done within these communities to share information about missing persons. These shelters might hold pivotal insights, perhaps unremarked conversations or sightings? Especially in larger cities like Houston, where the transient population is significant, having dedicated liaison officers engaging with these communities could potentially bring some much-needed leads. I'm curious if anyone here knows more about similar initiatives or has thoughts on how law enforcement could tap into these overlooked networks for cases like Dinky's.
