The fact that it happened in broad daylight, just before 8:30 a.m., and on a seemingly quiet residential street is truly baffling. This makes me wonder if anyone in nearby houses might have seen or heard something that could help. It's easy to overlook small details when something so shocking happens, but even the tiniest piece of information could make a difference. I sincerely hope that as time goes on, more people will feel compelled to speak up. Maybe someone driving by noticed the vehicle or heard the gunshots and dismissed it as something else at the time. For the sake of Ricardo’s family and friends, and to help Echo Park heal, let's keep the conversation going and push for answers.
