I was thinking about the connection between Vincent Emmitte's struggle with alcoholism and his disappearance. On the day he went missing, he was supposed to attend a treatment appointment, but he never made it there. It makes me wonder whether his battle with addiction could have played a bigger role in what happened to him. Did he become overwhelmed and decide to go off the grid for a bit, or could he have encountered someone during a vulnerable moment on that day? It’s really frustrating not having more details to fill in the gaps. I just hope that after all these years, someone who knows something will feel compelled to step up and share what they know. It must be incredibly tough for his family and friends to not have any closure after all this time. Anyone else have thoughts on how addiction might factor into his disappearance?
