Hi everyone,
I was just thinking about the Lance Brabham case and something that's been bugging me is the weather conditions on the day the helicopter went missing. Does anyone have more info on what they were, or know if they played a role in the disappearance? I read somewhere that the area around Prince William Sound can be pretty treacherous during winter, which can make search efforts even tougher. If the weather was bad enough, it might explain why no survivors were found despite the intensive search operation. It's been such a long time since this happened, but I just can't stop wondering what factors might have contributed.
I’ve been following the case of the missing LifeGuard helicopter with Lance Brabham, Cameron Carter, and Gaye McDowell onboard. Does anyone else think it's odd that debris was found so close to the Whittier Ferry Terminal? It seems like such a busy area, yet no one noticed anything unusual at the time of their disappearance. I can't help but wonder about the weather conditions they might have faced that day. Could shifting winds or unexpected turbulence have contributed to the tragedy? Anyone familiar with flying in that region have insights?
