Does anyone remember the case of Carlos Ventura-Santos? It’s one that's always stuck with me, especially because of the age-progressed images that continue to surface. The detail they put into those photos is both incredible and haunting. I always wonder if someone out there has seen them and thought they recognized these boys, now likely teenagers, but just wasn't sure enough to make a call. The mention of the family possibly heading to Mexico always had me curious. If that’s true, how does cross-border cooperation work in missing persons cases like this? I mean, what more can be done when they’re suspected of leaving the country? I feel like there must be so many more layers to these investigations that we don't hear about. Also, if anyone is from the Florida area, do you remember any local media coverage at the time that might not have been widely circulated? It's been so long, but sometimes community insights shed the most light. Let's hope one day this mystery gets solved for Carlos, Nery, and everyone who cares for them.
