Hey everyone,
It’s so upsetting to hear about Clinton Givens’ case, especially when thinking about the two individuals who approached him that day. I’ve been thinking about how Clinton was just sitting there in broad daylight when this awful act happened. It makes me wonder about the current safety in Nickerson Gardens and the impact this incident might have on the community there.
With the area where this happened being so populated, I can't help but be puzzled why there hasn’t been any more progress in identifying these suspects. Has anyone heard if more CCTV footage was ever reviewed from nearby buildings or if there were witnesses who might have seen the sedan or recognized the suspects? The lack of substantial leads just feels like such a gap. It must be incredibly difficult for Clinton’s loved ones not to have the answers they deserve after all this time.
I truly hope that by revisiting this case or raising more awareness, something new might come to light. My thoughts go out to his family and friends, and I really hope justice can be served soon.

I can't stop thinking about the location where Clinton Givens was killed. Nickerson Gardens has such a complex history, and it's scary how it became the scene of this terrible crime. I've heard from locals that it's a place that's struggled with violence for a long time. It's so upsetting that Clinton's life ended so suddenly and senselessly in a spot that many people call home. It makes me wonder what it will take for community safety to improve.
It's also sad to think about how many people have probably seen the aftermath of this crime, yet might be afraid to speak up. I truly hope anyone with information comes forward. Not just for Clinton and his loved ones, but for the community's peace and safety. My thoughts are with his family and friends during this difficult time.
