I've been thinking a lot about Larry Kaufman and his incredible bravery during that horrific day in San Bernardino. It’s clear from witness accounts that Larry's quick response in warning others to get to safety was instrumental in saving many lives. His actions speak volumes about who he was as a person—selfless and protective, even in the face of extreme danger. It's hard not to think about the impact he had on his community, especially at the Inland Regional Center, where he dedicated so much of his life to helping others. After reading about him, it's obvious that he made those around him feel valued and safe. The world lost a genuinely good person that day, and my heart goes out to his family and friends who are left navigating life without him. It's so important that we remember Larry not just as a victim but as a hero who truly made a difference.
