I was reading through Andre Hutchison’s case again and can’t help but think about how technology might eventually play into solving it. We’ve seen other cold cases cracked thanks to advancements in DNA and genetic genealogy. It’s wild to imagine that something seemingly small, like a distant relative submitting their DNA to a public database, could one day provide a clue to bring Andre home. With all the advancements in tech and forensics over the past decade, it's frustrating that we still haven’t had any luck with his case. Anyone know if there’s been any recent push from law enforcement to revisit older cases with these new tools? It feels like someone out there might have the missing puzzle piece to this whole thing.
