Has anyone looked into the possibility that someone might have seen something that night? I know San Bernardino isn't the safest area, but maybe there were people nearby who didn’t realize the significance of what they saw at the time. It's so tragic that Benjamin Chew's murder remains unsolved after all these years. I can’t even begin to imagine the pain his family and friends must go through daily. If anyone recalls even the smallest detail from April 25, 2016, it could be the key to helping solve this case. For the sake of his loved ones, I hope there will be progress sometime soon. Also, does anyone know if the authorities have considered revisiting witness statements to see if any new technology or techniques might shed light on what happened?

Hey everyone, I’ve been following the Benjamin Chew case and something that really stands out to me is the role the community could play in solving it. It’s gut-wrenching to know that even after all these years, there's still a wall of silence. I mean, San Bernardino isn't exactly a small guy's town, but surely someone out there knows something? It's frustrating, especially for those who knew Benjamin. What if the key to solving this isn’t necessarily major evidence, but rather small details or observations from people who were around that area at the time? A passing car, a strange sound, a fleeting conversation might seem insignificant but could be the missing link detectives are looking for. I genuinely believe that community awareness can sometimes turn the tide on such cases. Maybe we can brainstorm ways to keep this case in people's minds locally. Let's keep talking, sharing, and hoping. For Benjamin’s family, I cannot even begin to imagine the loss. They deserve answers, and I sincerely hope they come sooner rather than later.

I was reading about Benjamin Chew’s tragic case, and something that strikes me is the broader trend it highlights—so many cases in San Bernardino remain unsolved. It must be agonizing for Benjamin's family to wait for answers, knowing they’re not alone in this uncertainty. While it’s reassuring that the Sheriff’s Department is actively working on it, I wonder how effective their community outreach has been in fostering any leads. I would hope more people might come forward if only they knew something vital to the case. If anyone here has had any experience with getting local authorities to pay closer attention to a cold case, what strategies have worked for you? I can't imagine how difficult this must be for Benjamin’s loved ones and the other families living with this uncertainty, and collective community effort seems to be key in such cases.
