Hey everyone, I was just going through some cases, and I stumbled upon Robert Carter's disappearance from 2011. One thing that's really puzzling to me is the lack of witness accounts. You'd think in a place as busy as Los Angeles, someone might have seen something on the last day he was spotted. Was it a busy time of day? Were there any traffic cams or businesses with security footage around the area? It seems odd that nothing has surfaced, even after all these years. If anyone local to LA remembers anything from that time, even if it's small, it could make a difference. Just hoping to spark some thoughts and maybe someone has a piece of the puzzle without realizing it! ?
