It's truly distressing to think about the tragic way Jeremiah's life was taken, and my heart goes out to his family and friends who are still seeking answers. One aspect that really stands out is the lack of witnesses or any substantial leads, especially in such a populated area. With the shooting happening around midday near West Pico Boulevard, you'd think someone might have noticed something that could aid the investigation. It's baffling how a bustling area like Mid-City could yield so little information. I wonder if anyone in the local businesses or residences has memories of that day that might illuminate even the smallest detail. Sometimes people don’t realize how significant the things they saw might be. I sincerely hope that with more awareness and perhaps revisiting the case, someone who was in the vicinity might recall a critical piece of information that could help. Anyone with insight, no matter how minor it may seem, could truly make a difference in this case. Keeping Jeremiah and his loved ones in my thoughts.

Hey everyone, I’ve been following Jeremiah Shaw’s case for a while, and something that always struck me was the location where he was found—in Leimert Park. It’s such a significant distance from where the initial shots were reportedly fired near West Pico Boulevard. It makes me wonder about the circumstances under which he was transported there. Was someone with him, or was he moved against his will? I can't even begin to imagine what his family went through, knowing he was taken from one place to another like that. It’s almost like a piece of the puzzle that, if solved, could lead to understanding so much more about the case. Anyone else have thoughts on why he was found so far from the crime scene, or what that might suggest about the situation? Also, if anyone’s familiar with the Leimert Park area around 2016—did it feel particularly risky, or is there maybe someone who might have seen or heard something that day? Just trying to connect the dots here, hoping any small detail might help bring some peace to his family.

Jeremiah was from a Leimert Park gang called the Rollin 40 Crips. Where he was killed was a Roscoe's chicken and waffles which is a staple in the city of LA. This area was in another gang territory called the Mansfield gangsta crips but it's likely that other gang members were also in attendance at Roscoes as well. They more than likely got into an altercation and Jeremiah was shot in the head. At that point, everybody probably went into a panic and drove back to the neighborhood that they were familiar with and called 911.
