Does anyone here have insight into why Sandy Cisneros Liscano wasn't more heavily charged in connection with Kellie's murder? I can't shake the feeling that there's more to her involvement than what's been shared. It's devastating to think about how Kellie was caught in such a hostile environment. If Sandy played a more significant role in instigating or escalating the situation, it feels like justice wasn't fully served. I can't imagine the pain Kellie's family must feel knowing the extent of violence she faced.
