I've been reading through everything I can find about Susan Hannah's case, and something that really sticks out to me is the location where her remains were found. Limington seems like such a remote area, and it's odd to me how her case has stumped investigators for so long despite this location being so specific. Does anyone know if there were any significant searches in that area or why it might have taken so long to discover her remains, considering she went missing over a year prior? It’s such a quiet community, and I find it hard to believe no one saw anything unusual around the time she went missing. My thoughts are constantly with her family and loved ones—this must be an ongoing nightmare for them. I really hope someone comes forward with something that breaks this case open.
I’ve been thinking a lot about the area where Susan Hannah’s remains were found. Limington seems quite remote, and it really makes me wonder about the person who left her there. Why Route 117? Was it someone local who knew the area well, or was it someone just passing through who stumbled upon a secluded spot? It’s chilling to think of how desolate that stretch can be, especially back in 1993.
I hope someone who knows the area or might have seen something back then comes forward. It’s been so long, but sometimes people remember details years later that they didn’t think were important at the time. My thoughts are with Susan’s family—I can’t imagine how difficult it must be to still be waiting for answers after all these years.
