I've been thinking a lot about the welfare check that led to the discovery of Guizhi Zhang and Yusheng Zhuang. It breaks my heart to imagine what their family must have felt receiving those text messages from Zhuang. It's truly tragic that someone felt so overwhelmed by their circumstances that they believed this was the only solution. The role of financial pressure in their lives seems significant, and it's a reminder of how crucial it is to reach out for help when things feel insurmountable. I genuinely hope that their relatives have found some support and peace after such a devastating loss. It must be incredibly difficult for them to process everything that happened.
