I’ve been pondering the impact that community events like Halloween have on cases like this. It's so distressing to think about Cesar being in the middle of what should have been a night of fun and festivity when tragedy struck. Despite the crowd, no one seemed to have witnessed enough to help the investigation. I find it hard to believe that out of all those people out and about, no solid leads have surfaced. Could it be fear keeping people silent? Or maybe they just didn’t see enough through the chaos of the night? It makes me wonder if there’s something more at play, like witnesses being afraid of gang retaliation. I hope those in the community feel safe enough to step forward if they know anything. Sometimes, even a small piece of information can make a huge difference. My thoughts are with Cesar's loved ones—it must be incredibly difficult not having answers.
