I've been following James Glover's case for years now, and something that's always puzzled me is the timing of the jump from the Golden Gate Bridge. Witnesses reported seeing a person jump, but no one seems to have any clear details about the identity of that person. Was the weather bad that night, making it difficult for someone to get a good look? I've read that fog can be incredibly dense around the bridge at times. It just feels like there might be crucial eyewitness information that was missed or not fully understood. Also, with the number of tourists and people around the bridge, I'm surprised there weren't more reports or even a cell phone recording. I know it was 2012, but still, technology was pretty widespread by then. Hoping someone out there might have more insights or theories about what could have gone unnoticed.

Has anyone looked into the possibility that James Glover might have staged his disappearance? I know it's been almost 11 years since he went missing, but the fact that no body was ever found is really odd considering the circumstances. I’m not saying it’s likely, but maybe he left those belongings there intentionally to lead everyone to believe he took his own life while actually planning to vanish. I came across a couple of cases where people have done this to start anew. Could there have been reasons in James's life that weren't public at the time which might have compelled him to do something like this? Would love to hear your thoughts or if anyone has similar theories.
