I’ve been following Richard Ceglie’s case since the day it hit the news back in 2012, and there’s one thing that puzzles me greatly: the absence of any confirmed sightings despite his well-known presence in the community. Follansbee isn’t that big of a place, and Richard was the kind of person that people noticed. For someone who's so recognized and well-liked, it seems strange that not a single shred of credible evidence has surfaced in all these years. I keep wondering if there’s any connection to the places he frequented the most or if someone saw something but didn’t know it was significant. Is it possible that a witness doesn’t even realize they hold a piece of the puzzle? I’m hoping renewed attention might jog someone’s memory. Every little bit counts at this point.
