Hey everyone, just wanted to jump in with my thoughts about Damien Maxwell’s case. I’ve been following it closely and something that’s been occupying my mind is the lack of coverage it received compared to other cases. It’s like Damien’s story got lost in the shuffle, and that’s just not right. He was so young, only 22, with his whole life ahead of him, and it baffles me that this hasn’t been spotlighted more by the media. I can't imagine the pain his family must be feeling, not just from their loss but from seeing how little attention his case has gotten. Maybe if more eyes are on this, it could help generate more leads. Just hoping for some progress soon, for the sake of everyone who loved him. Anyone else feel the same way?

Hey everyone, I’ve been following Damien Maxwell’s case since it happened back in 2016, and something I’ve been thinking about lately is the role of community involvement in these unsolved homicides. I know a lot of times we focus on what the police are doing—or maybe not doing—but how much impact does it make when local residents get involved? Whether it’s organizing vigils, sharing information online, or even starting community watch programs, it’s clear that the community can play a significant role in keeping these cases from going cold. In Damien’s case, has anyone heard if there were any neighborhood initiatives or awareness campaigns after his tragic death? I feel like the public sometimes holds pieces of the puzzle, whether they realize it or not, and it's so crucial that we create environments where people feel comfortable coming forward with information. Every little bit helps, and I truly hope that more attention from both the community and media can shed light on his case and many others. Sending my deepest sympathies to Damien's family and friends. Hope justice finds its way soon.

Hi everyone, I've been following the case of Damien Maxwell and recently read some comments about possible eyewitnesses who might have heard or seen something on the night of May 23, 2016, near his last known location. It's deeply unsettling that after all these years, there might still be individuals out there who have critical information that could help bring closure to his family. I can't help but wonder what barriers exist that keep people from coming forward. Is it fear, distrust of the system, or perhaps thinking their information isn't significant? If any of you have been involved in similar situations, how do you think the community can make it easier or safer for witnesses to share what they know? What initiatives or changes might encourage more people to speak up in cases like Damien's? It just feels so important to support his family in their quest for justice and hopefully bring peace to everyone affected by this tragic loss. Thinking of Damien's loved ones in this difficult time. ? Stay safe, everyone.
