Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case in Covina, and I can't stop thinking about the gun involved. It just guts me to think that the weapon used was owned by Lynda Fick herself. I'm trying to wrap my head around how it ended up in Lucas's hands. Did she know he could access it? Did she ever express concern about it being in the house? I feel terrible for the families who have to relive these events through the wrongful death lawsuit. It's like they're grappling with everything all over again, now having to focus on the broader implications of gun safety and mental health. It must be overwhelming. I hope they find some peace and justice as they continue through this process. It's just all so senseless. If anyone has more info or thoughts on this part of the case, please share.
