Does anyone know more about the workplace environment at the Caltrans yard where Annette Brooks and Terry Hayse worked? It seems like a tight-knit group, and it's hard to imagine that such a devastating event could happen without any warning signs. From what I've read, they both had years of experience, and Annette was a supervisor there. Were there any initiatives in place for handling staff disputes or stress management? I'm just trying to understand how something like this could happen to bring some peace of mind to those who knew them. It's such a shock for the community, and I can only imagine the pain Annette's family and friends are going through right now. My thoughts go out to everyone touched by this tragic loss.
