Just thinking about the friends and family of Jose Omar "Shyboy" Gonzalez today and the incredible strength they must have to get through such a devastating loss. I can't even imagine what it's like to lose someone to gun violence, especially when it feels so senseless. It’s frustrating to see how gang-related activity continues to cause such pain in our communities. I really hope more can be done to prevent situations like this from arising in the first place. Stockton's been hit hard, but maybe sharing these stories helps raise awareness and puts pressure on those in power to make a meaningful change. Sending lots of love to everyone affected by this tragedy.
