Does anyone else find it incredibly tragic how financial struggles can push people to such breaking points? Reading about Virginia and Gilbert Villa’s case really hits hard. It’s so sad to think that Gilbert felt so trapped by financial burdens that he believed this was his only way out. I’m not saying what happened was right, far from it, but it makes you wonder how many other families might be facing similar pressures without any support. It seems like there should be more resources for elderly couples struggling with medical costs, especially when one partner requires extensive care. It's a tough situation all around, and my heart goes out to their family and friends. What can we do as a society to prevent tragedies like this in the future?
