I’ve been thinking a lot about how Luis was a recent graduate of The Grizzly Youth Academy. I can’t imagine how proud his family must have felt seeing him reach that milestone. Knowing he had a passion for sports and music, I bet he had quite a future ahead of him. It’s so tragic that such a bright light was dimmed by senseless violence. To all the young people in Greenfield, I hope that his story inspires positive change in the community. It’s important for us all to support each other to prevent such tragedies from happening again. My thoughts are continually with Luis’s family and friends, and I truly hope the authorities find the answers they are searching for soon.
