I've been thinking about how unnoticed everyday life can turn tragic so suddenly and destructively, like in the case of Alvaro Castro. It really hits hard to imagine someone just enjoying a bike ride along the LA River path and never getting the chance to return home. The lack of eyewitnesses is really frustrating, I'm sure, for both his family and investigators. I wonder if there might be surveillance footage from nearby areas that could offer any clues. It seems like such a popular route; there must have been someone or something that captured something. My heart goes out to his family—this lack of closure must be incredibly difficult to live with. It just feels like there must be a piece of evidence out there somewhere that can help solve this puzzle.
