It's been over five years since Broderick Edward Garde II was taken from his loved ones in such a horrific way, and it feels like the case has stalled. I recently came across a discussion about uncooperative witnesses in high-crime areas, and it got me thinking about how that might apply here. It's understandable that fear can keep people silent, especially if the shooter is still out there. But it's so important for anyone who might have seen or heard something that day to come forward. Maybe someone remembers a car that was out of place or heard voices raised in argument before the shots were fired. Even the smallest detail could be the key the LAPD needs to find justice for Broderick and his family. My heart goes out to everyone who knew and loved him. Please, if you know anything, reach out anonymously if you have to. His family deserves answers.
